◎ 人氣盛衰
사람의 원기의 왕성과 쇠약
The rise and decline of human vital energy.
○ 靈樞經曰黃帝問氣之盛衰
『영추경(靈樞經)』에는 󰡒황제가 묻기를 󰡐원기가 왕성하고 쇠약해지는 것은 무엇 때문인가.󰡑
The miraculous pivot says that the Yellow emperor asks why that vital energy is declines?
岐伯對曰人生十歲五藏始定血氣始通眞氣在下故好走
기백이 대답하기를 󰡐사람이 나서 10살이 되면 5장이 비로소 안정되고 혈기도 통하기 시작하며 진기(眞氣)가 아래로 내려가기 때문에 잘 달린다.
Qibo answer, when he is ten years old, the five organs is stable, the blood and energy is circulating, the real energy descends, so he runs well.
二十歲血氣始盛肌肉方長故好 趨
20살이 되면 혈기가 왕성해지기 시작하며 힘살이 더 자라기 때문에 걸음이 빠르다.
When he is twenty years old, the blood and energy is vigor, the flesh is growing up, so he likes running fast.
三十歲五藏大定肌肉堅固血脈盛滿故好步
30살이 되면 5장이 완전해지고 힘살이 딴딴해지며 혈맥이 왕성 하고 충실해지기 때문에 잘 걸을 수 있다.
When he is thirty, the five organ is perfect, the flesh is tough, the blood and energy is full and prosperous, so he likes walking.
四十歲五藏六府十二經脈皆太盛以平定腠理始疎榮華頹落髮鬢斑白氣血平盛而不搖故好坐
40살이 되면 5장 6부와 12경맥이 모두 왕성해지다가 정지되면서 주리(腠理)가 성기기[疎] 시작하고 화색이 없어지며 수염과 머리털이 희기 시작하고 기혈은 보통 정도로 왕성하면서 변동하지 않기 때문에 앉기를 좋아한다.
When he is forty, the five organs and six hollow viscera twelve regular meridian are prosperous and calm, the flesh is loose, gloosy in the face is dilapidated, the mastache and hair begin to be white, the energy and blood is moderately prosperate, he is not changed, so he likes to sit down.
五十歲肝氣始衰肝葉始薄膽汁始減故目視不明
50살이 되면 간기(肝氣)가 쇠약하기 시작하고 간엽(肝葉)이 엷어지며 담즙도 줄기 시작하기 때문에 시력이 떨어진다.
When he is fifty, the liver energy begin to be weak, the liver lobe is thin, the bile juice is diminished, so eyesight is not good.
六十歲心氣始衰喜憂悲血氣解墮故好臥
60살이 되면 심기가 쇠약하기 시작하고 근심 과 슬픔이 많으며 혈기가 쇠약하기 때문에 눕기를 좋아한다.
When he is sixty, the heart energy begin to be weak, he likes to be anxiety and sorrow, the blood and energy is down, so he likes to lay down.
七十歲脾氣虛故皮膚枯
70살이 되면 비기(脾氣)가 허약하기 때문에 피부가 마른다.
When he is seventy, the pancreas energy begin to be weak, so skin is dry.
八十歲肺氣衰魄離故言善誤
80살이 되면 폐기(肺氣)가 쇠약해져서 넋이 나가기 때문에 헛소리를 잘한다.
When he is eighty, the lung energy begin to weak, so he tend to talk strangely.
九十歲腎氣焦四藏經脈空虛
90살이 되면 신기(腎氣)가 마르고 4장(四藏)의 경맥도 몹시 허해진다.
When he is ninty, the kidney energy is burn, the four organ and regular meridian is empty and weak.
百歲五藏皆虛神氣乃去形骸獨居而終矣
100살이 되면 5장이 모두 허해지고 정신이 없어지며 형체와 뼈만 남아서 죽는다󰡑󰡓고 씌어 있다.
When he is hundred years old, the five organs are all weak, the sprit go away, the body and skeleton is remain only, and he die.
○素問曰人年四十陰氣自半也.起居衰矣
『소문(素問)』에는 󰡒나이 40이면 음기가 자연히 절반으로 되며 동작이 떠진다.
In the Plain Question, when he is forty, the body fluid energy is half automatically, the movement is weak.
年五十體重耳目不聰明矣
50살이 되면 몸이 무겁고 청각과 시력이 나빠지게 된다.
年六十陰痿氣太衰九竅不利下虛上實涕泣俱出矣
60살이 되면 성적 기능이 약해지고 기운이 몹시 약해지며 9규(九竅)가 자기의 기능을 다하지 못하고 하초는 허해지며 상초는 실해져서 콧물과 눈물이 나온다󰡓고 씌어 있다.

內景:01 身形
◎ 胎孕之始임신의 시초
○ 聖惠方曰天地之精氣化萬物之形父之精氣爲魂母之精氣爲魄
성혜방에는 󰡒천지의 정기는 만물의 형체가 된다. 아버지의 정기는 혼령(魂)이 되고 어머니의 정기는 기백(魄)이 된다.
Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang "The peaceful Holy Benevolent Prescription says that the heaven and earth's essence becomes all things's feature. The father essence becomes souls, the mather essence becomes spirit.
一月懷其胎如酪
임신 1달이 되면 그 태(胎)가 졸인 소젖(酪) 같고
In one pregnant month, fetus resembles casein cheese.
二月成其果而果李相似
2달이 되면 추리 열매(果李)만하다.
In two pregnant month, fetus resembles plum fruit.
三月有形像
3달이 되면 사람의 형태를 이루고
In three pregnant month, fetus constructs human feature.
四月男女分
4달이 되면 남녀가 구별된다.
In four pregnant month, fetus divides by gender.
五月筋骨成
5달이 되면 뼈와 힘줄이 생기고
In five pregnant month, fetus forms bone and tendon.
六月鬢髮生
6달이 되면 머리털이 생긴다.
In six pregnant month, fetus forms hair.
七月遊其魂而能動右手
7달이 되면 혼이 작용하고 오른손을 움직인다.
In seven pregnant month, fetus move right hand by soul movement.
八月遊其魄而能動左手
8달이 되면 백이 작용하고 왼손을 움직이며
In eight pregnant month, fetus move left hand by spirit movement.
九月三轉身
9달이 되면 몸이 세번 돌아간다.
In nine pregnant month, fetus turns body three times.
十月滿足母子分解
10달이 되면 모든 것이 갖추어짐과 함께 어머니에게서 떨어져 해산하게 된다.
In ten pregnant month, all is fulfilled, mother deliver baby.
其中有延月而生者富貴而壽
그중 10달이 좀 지나서 낳은 아이는 부귀하게 잘살면서 오래 살고
Over ten pregnant month, the baby is wealthy and noble, he has longevity.
有月不足者貪賤而夭.
열달이 차기 전에 낳으면 가난하게 살면서 일찍 죽는다󰡓
Under ten pregnant, the baby is poor and humble, he will live short.
○ 上陽子曰人初受氣也.九日而陰陽大定四十九日而始胎.
상양자(上陽 子)는 󰡒사람은 처음 기를 받을 때에 9일이 되면 음양이 정해지며 49일이면 먼저 태가 생긴다.
Shang yang zi says when man received the energy first time, after nine days Yin and Yang is determined, after fortynine days, fetus originates firstly.
然後七日而一變故滿三百有六日者滿二百九十六日者皆上器也.
그 후 7일 만에 한번씩 변하기 때문에 만 306일이나 296일이 되어 낳은 아이는 상등 인품 이 되고
It chages as seven days, if the pregnancy day is from three hundred six day to two hundred ninety six day, the bady becomes top personality.
有二百八十六日者二百六十六日者中器也.
286일이나 266일이 되어 낳은 아이는 중등인품이 되며
If the pregnancy day is from two hundred eighty six day to two hundred sixty six day, the baby becomes middle personality.
有二百五十六日者二百四十六日者下器也.
256일이나 246일이 되어 낳은 아이는 하등인품이 된다.
If the pregnancy day is from two hundred fifty six to two hundred forty six day,
盖天干甲必合己而方生
대체로 천간 (天干)인 갑(甲)은 반드시 기(己)와 합쳐야 곧 낳게 되고
Generally, the first heaven calendar sign ' Jia' and the sixth heaven calendar sign 'Ji' must combine to bear.
地支丑必合子而方育
지지 (地支)인 축 (丑)은 반드시 자(子)와 합쳐야 곧 자란다.
The second of 12 earth's branch 'Chou' and the first of 12 earth's branch ‘Zi' must combine into growing up.
自非天地合德則人必不生也.
또한 천지의 덕이 합치지 않고서는 사람이 생겨나지 못한다.
If heaven and earth's virtue don't harmonize, the man will not give birth to.
故云九月神布氣滿而胎完
그러므로 9달이 되면 의식이 생겨나고 기가 그득 차서 태아가 다 자란다.
So, in nine pregnancy month, the consciousness is spread, the energy will be full, the fetus is perfect growth.
亦云十月懷胎也. 此天地之德合於氣而後生也.
그 또한 태아가 10달 동안 태(胎) 속에 있다가 천지의 덕이 기(氣)와 합친 다음이라야 나오게 된다 󰡓고 하였다.
Also, in ten ten pregnancy month, after heaven and earth's virtue harmonizes, the baby will be labored.
[註] 임신의 시초[胎孕之始] : 이 내용은 임신한 후 10달 동안 태아의 발육상태를 해부생리적 변화과정으로 설명한 것이 아니라 회남자가 음양5행설에 따라 추상적으로 만들어 놓은 것이다.
[註] 옛날의 숙명론자들은 천간과 지지의 배합에 의하여 임신해서부터 출생할 때까지의 소요되는 날짜가 306일 혹은 246일, 296일, 286일 등으로 고정되어 있다는 것이다. 예를 들면 갑자일에 임신이 되었다면 반드시 갑자일과 배합되+는 기축일, 즉 266일에 가서 아이를 낳고, 을축일에 임신이 되었다면 반드시 276일이 되는 경자일에 가서 아이를 낳는다고 하는 설을 그대로 인용한 것이다.
[註] 『성혜방(聖惠方)』 : 992년에 편찬한 책인데 100권으로 된 『태평성혜방』을 말한다.
