화상흉터 치료
Treatment of Burn scar
화상은 증상이 개인에 따라 차이가 있으나 온도, 노출시간, 열의 종류, 피부의 두께등의 요소에 의해 결정된다.
The Burn scar is determined by temperature, exposure time, heat type, skin depth despite of personal difference.
열에 의한 조직 손상은 세포 단백의 변성과 응고 및 효소의 불활성화 등에 기인한다.
The heat tissue injury derived from cell protein's degeneration and solidification and enzyme inactivation.
1도화상: 표피에만 발생하나 홍반, 부종, 통증은 있으나 반흔(흉터)없이 치료되므로 본원의 흉터치료 대상이 아니다.
First degree Burn: only in the epidermis, it has erythema, swelling, pain, but there is no scar, so image clinic don't need to treat.
2도 화상: 표재성 2도 화상은 홍반, 부종 및 통증과 수포를 초래하고 반흔 없이 2-3주 후에 치유된다. 심부성 2도 화상은 하부 망상진피의 손상을 일으키며 모세혈관의 혈류가 소실되면서 피부는 창백해지고 감각이 없어진다.Second degree Burn: Shallow second degree burn bring about erythema, swelling, pain, and bulla, it can be treated without scar after 2-3 weeks.
3도 화상: 표피 및 진피의 완전한 파괴를 일으키고 피부는 무감각해지며 반흔을 남기고 치료된다. 심한 화상의 경우에는 쇼크나 2차적 세균 감염도 조심해야 한다.
Third degree Burn: Burn destroy epidermis and dermis perfectly, the skin become anesthesia, it make scar after treatmetn. Becasuse severe burn make shock and secondary bacterial infection, we must be careful.
치료는 9의 법칙에 의해 체표면 30%이상의 2도화상 10%이상의 3도 화상 및 호흡기를 침범한 화상은 입원치료해야 한다. 화상은 얼음물 등으로 차게 하며 물집은 터뜨리지 않는다.
Burn treatment must be hospitalized in case of 30% skin secondary degree burn, 10% skin third degree burn, attack in respiratory system.
화상흉터의 치료
The teatment of burn scar
본원은 흉터 치료를 위주로 하며, 급성과 심한 화상 치료는 병원 입원을 권유한다.
The image skin clinic treat burn scar basically, we recommend hospitallizatin in acute and severe case burn.
하지만 화상치료는 발생한지 될 수 있는 대로 빨리 치료하는 것이 좋으며(1개월 이후를 권고), 후유증이 없는 한방 치료를 선택해야 한다.
But burn patient must be care within one month as soon as possible, they must choose Korea classical acupuncture teatment without sequence.
화상흉터는 점차적으로 자연치유 될 수 있고 흔적을 남길 수 있다.

2도 이상의 화상은 진피의 콜라겐 조직이 변성이 되었기 때문에 자연적으로는 치료가 어려워진다.
Second and third degree burn is impossible to treat because of degeneration of collagen tissue.
따라서 특수침 자극으로 화상부위 진피 콜라겐을 자극을 주고 amts로 콜라겐 섬유를 끊어서 정상적인 배열로 만들어야 한다.
The special acupucnture stimulation can treat dermis collagen in burn scar area, amts(auto microneedling treatment system acupucnture) can make normal alignment.
또한 화상에는 재생연고와 착색을 방지해주는 비타민 앰플 투여가 필요하다.
The burn scar patient need regeneration herbal oint vitamin C ampule medication to prevent hyperpigmentation.
또한 새 살을 생기게 하는 한약을 병용하여 복용하는 것도 매우 도움이 된다.

화상흉터치료는 어릴 때일수록 치료효과가 좋으나 성인이 되어 치료한다고 해도 치료가 늦어질뿐 불가능하지는 않다.
Burn scar treatment is effective in children and fast stage, although adult stage treatment has possible and steady effect .
