동의보감 내경편 신형문 배유삼관 등에는 3관이 있다.

背有三關
몸의 뒷부분[背]에는 3관(三關)이 있다
The back has three passes.
○ 仙經曰背後有三關,
『선경(仙經)』에는 󰡒몸의 뒷부분에는 3관이 있는데
The hermit sutra says that body posterior back has three passes,
腦後曰玉枕關, 夾脊曰轆轤關, 水火之際曰尾閭關.
뒤통수를 옥침관(玉枕關)이라 하고 등골뼈의 양쪽 옆을 녹로관(轆(도르래 록{녹}; 車-총18획; lù) 轤(도르래 로{노}; 車-총23획; lú) 關)이라 하며 수화(水火)가 교류 되는 곳을 미려관(尾閭關)이라고 한다.
The posterior head says occipital zone(Yu Zhen guan), each side of vertebra is called Vertebral zone(pulley pass, Lu Lu Gaun), the water and fire interchange place is called Cocygeal zone(Wei Lu Guan).
皆精氣升降往來之道路也.
이것들은 다 정기가 오르내리는 길이다.
All is the way that essential energy is up and down, it come and go.
若得斗柄之機斡運則上下
만약 북두칠성 이 돌아가듯이 3관이 잘 작용하면 정기가 아래위로 잘 돌아갈 것이다.
If the Great Bear is circulating well, the essential energy ascends and descends well.
循環如天河之流轉也.
이것은 마치 은하수가 북두칠성을 따라서 도는 것과 같다󰡓고 씌어 있다.
This circulation resembles the Milky way's vagrancy.
○ 翠虛篇曰採之煉之未片餉(건량 향; 食-총15획; xiǎng)
취허편(翠虛篇)에는 󰡒선약 을 찾아 굽기 반나절도 못 되건만,
The jade emptiness chapter says the the hermit finds elixir below half day.
一氣眇(애꾸눈 묘; 目-총9획; miǎo)眇通三關
시원한 약기운이 3관을 두루 도네,
The one energy circulates the three passes,
三關來往氣無窮
3관의 왕래로 기가 그치지 않고,
The three passes energy come and go no cease.
一道白脈朝泥丸
한줄기 하얀 줄이 이환(泥丸)으로 모여 들고,
One white string gathers into the brain(Ni Wan),
泥丸之上紫金鼎
자색 나는 황금 솥 이 이환궁에 걸렸구나,
Above the brain, there is the purple golden pot.
鼎中一塊紫金團
솥 안의 금덩이가 자금단이 되어
The gold in the pot becomes the purple gold pill.
化爲玉漿流入口
금단이 옥장(玉獎)으로 변화되어 입으로 들어가,
The gold pills turn into the jade soup, it enters the mouth.
香甛淸爽遍舌端
향이 달고 맑고 상쾌하여 혀 끝에 머무네.󰡓라는 노래구절이 있다.
The sweet and clear fragnacy stays in the tongue.
○ 參同契註曰人身氣血往來循環于上下晝夜不停
『참동계(參同契)』의 주해에는 󰡒사람 몸의 기혈은 밤낮 쉬지 않고 아래위로 돌아간다.
Can Tong Xie denotes, body energy and blood come and go, they circulates the up and down, they don't cease.
猶江河之水東流至于海而不竭
이것은 마치 강물이 동쪽을 향해 바다로 흘러들어 가면서 마르는 일이 없는 것과 같다.
As the river flow for sea, to the ease. it is never dry.
殊不知名山大川孔穴皆相通也.
이름난 산과 큰 강도 작은 구멍으로 서로 통해 있다는 것을 알아야 한다.
We must know that famous mountain and big river are opened each other.
水由地中行盖循環相往來也.日月之行亦然
물은 땅 속으로 돌면서 서로 왔다갔다하며 해와 달이 돌아가는 것도 역시 마찬가지이다󰡓고 씌어 있다.
The water circulates in below the earth, as the sun and moon runs like that.
